Pet-friendly living is available within our Independent Livingand Assisted Living communities, where residents can enjoy the benefits of a maintenance-free lifestyle while continuing to care for their pets.
Residents in these Living Options are responsible for the daily care and management of their pets, including feeding, walking, and overall well-being.

Note: Pets are not permitted within Memory Care due to the specialized environment and safety considerations.
Pet Policy & Fees
To keep our communities comfortable and well-maintained for all residents, we have a simple and transparent pet policy.
- One-time pet fee: $500
- No monthly pet rent
- Residents are responsible for pet care and supervision
