Assisted Living Floor Plans
Assisted Living at The Landing of Monroe is being designed for adults who need support with daily activities while continuing to live with as much independence as possible. Two residence layouts will be offered: a private one-bedroom and a companion suite designed for shared living.
Both layouts prioritize accessibility, ease of movement, and a comfortable sense of home. More specifics on features and amenities, will be finalized as we approach our Summer 2027 opening.
Memory Care Studio
Memory Care at The Landing of Monroe is being designed to provide a safe, structured, and calming environment for adults living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. A single studio floor plan will be offered, laid out for ease of movement, visibility, and familiar daily routines.
